TM Pick n Pay Rich Rewards is a loyalty programme that is run by TM Pick n Pay annually, the inaugural promotion having launched in 2015. The idea of the promotion is for customers to receive a stamp for every $5 worth of goods that they purchase at any branch and to be able to redeem these stamps for specific types of cutlery (forks, knives and spoons) based on the predetermined numbers of stamps.
2015 Redemption Product
In 2015, TM Pick n Pay offered Arzberg products (Arzberg is the trademark of a German manufacturer of porcelain, founded in 1887 in Arzberg, Bavaria.).
The products on offer were:

- Bread knife (50 stamps)

- Paring knife (35 stamps)
- Slicing knife (50 stamps)
- Santoku knife (60 stamps)

In 2016, Fontignac cutlery was on offer. Fontignac is a European brand hat originated in France over 100 years ago.
