Victor Chimhutu is the founder and chairman of Zimbabwe Yadzoka / Mayibuye iZimbabwe / Reclaiming Zimbabwe (ZYMiZ), an organisation which describes itself as a grassroots subaltern civil rights movement, is dedicated to the political empowerment of the People of Zimbabwe. The organisation reaches does campaigns of educating the electorate on the elections process and importance of full participation.

Career

Chimhutu studied Public Administration at the University of Zimbabwe and graduated in 2003. In 2007 he graduated with a Masters degree in political administration.

Chimhutu also studied at the University of Bergen in Norway where he was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Health Promotion and Development Faculty of Psychology.[1] He was also an Associate Professor at the university.


Zimbabwe Yadzoka / Mayibuye iZimbabwe

Chimhutu founded ZYMiZ in August 2016.
