Zimbabwe Federation of Trade Union (ZFTU) is a trade union in Zimbabwe. It is mostly known for being the largest pro-government trade union and therefore a rival to the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) which is aligned to opposition political parties.

ZCTU was formed in 1996 when Robert Mugabe was president of Zimbabwe. At the time, it was created in order to counter ZFTU. It has long been considered to have strong and direct links to the Zanu-PF political party.[1]
