Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the above mentioned position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates the preparation of overall budget estimates of the Department.
- Plans, organises, leads and controls all administrative functions of the Department.
- Monitors contracts and capital projects in the Department.
- Participates in recruitment and selection process in the Department.
- Processes disciplinary actions at Departmental level.
- Monitors performance appraisals.
- Procures routine Departmental supplies.
- Co-ordinates the overall maintenance of Municipal Tower Block and Revenue Offices.
- Public Officer of City of Bulawayo – ZIMRA issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent.
- A clean class 4 drivers’ licence.
- Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar work environment.
