Nigerian musician Davido’s show is scheduled for April 21 at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC). 
Flamboyant Harare businessman Genius Kadungure popularly known as Ginimbi has been roped into the deal by 2Kings Entertainment. Advance tickets for the show which will be hosted by South African TV presenter, model and actress Boity Thuto will go on sale on April 19 which is the same day Davido is expected in Zimbabwe.
The ordinary ticket will be going for $20 (ordinary) $50 (VIP) and $100 (VVIP). The tickets will be sold at Chicken Slice outlets, Coloursel and Liquor Boys Bar &amp; Butchery.

Davido’s Zimbabwe Concert: Here's How Much You Need To Pay

<a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Sniper_Storm">Sniper Storm</a> spoke to The Herald concerning a leaked audio clip of a phone call between him and Jah Cure promoters 2 Kings Entertainment in which they offered the Zimdancehall musician $50 to  open for Jamaican superstar.
Sniper denied leaking the audio to the public and said that he suspected the promoters might be responsible. Said Sniper:
<blockquote>From our investigation, the clip was sent by my management to the promoters in a bid to talk the issue with them after I had informed them of the treatment I had received, we are not sure of how it ended up in the public domain. I am not comfortable with my private business being aired to the public. We suspected that the clip may have leaked from the promoter`s end but we are not sure of what really transpired.</blockquote>

Sniper speaks on $50 offer to perform at Jah Cure's maiden concert

Several musicians have criticised promotional company 2 Kings Entertainment for offering $50 to Sniper Storm as performance fee at Jah Cure gig over the weekend.
Musicians who spoke to The Herald on condition of anonymity said it was a big sign of disrespect to the artistes by the promotional company. A manager from a local group said:
<blockquote>It’s surprising how promoters get carried away and don’t see that they are just the same as the artistes they seek to exploit in many respects. As an artiste, today you have hits, tomorrow you don’t, as a promoter, today you have a sponsor, tomorrow you don’t. Build relationships, be fair, it will help when chips are down.</blockquote>
Others said it was it was unfair for the promoter to treat “Jamaican” musicians like royalty yet failing to honour local musicians. Vitalis Hungwe a promoter-cum-musician said it was an insult to upcoming musicians. However, other artistes said it was important for musicians to engage promoters on time.

Musicians criticise promoters for offering Sniper $50 to perform at Jah Cure's concert

A leaked conversation between <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Sniper_Storm">Sniper</a> and a 2Kings official by the name Vee Jay revealed that Sniper was offered $50 to perform at Jah Cure’s maiden tour.
In the telephone conversation, Vee Jay offers Sniper $50 for him and his DJ instead of his full band. Sniper refuses and says he will only get on stage if they pay him $800 or anything close to that amount. An attempt by Zimbojam to get a comment from the promoters of the show, 2Kings was unsuccessful.
Sniper’s manager, Chido Musasiwa confirmed the incident and expressed disappointment but however hoped the leak would not isolate Sniper from other promoters.

Sniper Storm refuses $50 offer to perform at Jah Cure's show

Jamaican reggae star, Jah Cure has arrived in Harare ahead of his maiden performance this Friday. <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Winky_D">Winky D</a> is set to perform alongside Jah Cure,  and told ZBC News that he is also ready for the show.
Earlier this month the Reggae star used Whatsapp to talk to the organisers of the show and to inquire on the issue of bond notes.
The exchange was as follows:

Jah Cure arrives for maiden show, Winky D to perform

Organisers of the <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Jah_Prayzah">Jah Prayzah</a> and Diamond Platnumz ‘Watora Mari Concert’ have just announced that the gig will now happen in December. They have also changed the venue.
In a statement released yesterday (20 October 2016) Dee Nosh of 2Kings said,
<blockquote>2 Kings Entertainment brings to your attention the postponement of Diamond Platnumz and Jah Prayzah Watora Mari Concert to Friday December 2nd, at the <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Harare_International_Conference_Centre">HICC</a>. The move comes after an unforeseen inconvenience on the booked date 28 October, As you may be aware, we opted to move the event to Glamis arena, however after several considerations, we have made a FINAL decision to move the Watora Mari Concert to Friday the 2nd of December at the HICC.</blockquote>
