My Own Boss is a reality TV show that was launched in 2007 in a bid to stir up youth entrepreneurship by engaging in a multimedia experiential learning and mentorship process. It is an experiential, multimedia, reality business program that seeks to unlock the entrepreneurial skills in aspiring young entrepreneurs between the ages of 18–35 years. The program started as a television business reality show that focused on mentoring young entrepreneurs and providing exciting business lessons for television audiences across all ages and backgrounds throughout the nation of Zimbabwe and Zambia.
