State of the Nation with Zororo is an internet TV show hosted by via YouTube and Facebook by Zororo Makamba.
Reception
The show generally received considerable viewership online and its shows would spread via chat app, WhatsApp.
Makamba was however accused of running a propaganda campaign on behalf of finance minister Mthuli Ncube as the videos were not critical of his work at a time when Zimbabwe was going through an economic crisis.
In defence, those who supported the show said that Makamba only focuses on the facts in order to make people aware of what was truly going on in the economy. Some also said that Ncube was not responsible for the actions of other ministers in the country and could not be blamed for their alleged incompetence.
A relationship between Zororo Makamba (or the show) with any government agencies, ministers or officers was not disclosed or proven to exist.
